SALE v STADE FRANCAIS – Click here to bet
The Sale Sharks go into this tournament at 28/1. They’re currently 1st on the Gallagher Premiership log, having won 6 of their 8 matches. Last weekend, they got thrashed 36-3 by the Harlequins in an away match. Sale was only losing 10-3 at half time but Harlequins ran away with it in the second half.
Stade Francais are rank outsiders sitting at 120/1. They sit 5th on the Top 14 log and have won 6 of their 9 matches so far. They beat Toulouse convincingly (27-12) on home ground last weekend.
Handicap: Sale -9.5
This game looks well handicapped and I am going to bet that the winning margin for Sale is in that region.
Suggested Bet: Winning Margin, Sale by 8-14 points at 12/5

LEICESTER v STORMERS – Click here to bet
Sitting at 28/1 to lift the cup is the Leicester Tigers. They sit 7th on the log in the Gallagher Premiership league, having won half of their 8 matches. They hammered Newcastle 47-3 at home last weekend and appear to be running into form.
The Stormers sit 18/1 going into this tournament. They have had an underwhelming start to their URC season, having only won 3 of their 7 matches. Last weekend, they beat Zebre 31-7 at home a game where they started 33 point favourites.
Handicap: Leicester -12.5
Leicester can pile the pressure onto the visitors and I expect them to kick clear late for a comfortable win.
Suggested Bet: Alternate handicap, Leicester -15.5 at 12/10
LA ROCHELLE v LEINSTER – Click here to bet
Defending champions La Rochelle currently sit at 33/10, making them 2nd favourite to win this tournament. They sit 9th on the Top 14 log, having won 4 of their 9 matches. They beat Perpignan 35-6 last weekend. It was a tight first half with La Rochelle only leading 7-6 at half time, but Perpignan took a bit of a hammering in the second half.
Leinster are favourites to win the title at 26/10. They currently top the URC log, having won 6 of their 7 matches so far. Last weekend, they beat Connacht narrowly in an away game with a score of 22-24. Connacht led going into the last 10 minutes, but Leinster stole the W by scoring a try in the final minute of the game.
Handicap: La Rochelle +1.5
I think Leinster can get revenge for last years final defeat in what should be a tight game.
Suggested Bet: Leinster -1.5 at 9/10
RACING 92 v HARLEQUINS – Click here to bet
Racing 92 are going into this tournament at 16/1. Currently, they top the Top 14 log and have won 6 of their 9 matches. They lost 23-18 to Clermont Auvergne in an away game last weekend with both teams dealing in penalties.
Harlequins are 28/1 going in to round 1. They are 3rd on the Gallagher Premiership league, having won 5 of their 8 matches so far. Last weekend, they thrashed Sale 36-3 at home. The score was only 10-3 at half time but Harlequins ran away with it in the 2nd half.
Handicap: Racing -8.5
Racing 92 have a really strong side and at home I would expect them to beat this handicap.
Suggested Bet: Handicap, Racing 92 -8.5 at 9/10
