Inter Milan saw off Porto 1-0 on aggregate in their Round of 16 clash and they then beat Benfica 5-3 on aggregate in their quarter-final match up with the damage been done in the 1st leg when they won 2-0 on the road. They carry a 2-0 advantage into this tie thanks to early goals from Dzeko and Mkhitaryan in their away leg against their neighbours and rivals.
Inter have won 7 matches straight across all competitions and had few problems seeing off Sassuolo in the League on the weekend winning 4-2 at home.
AC Milan saw off EPL side, Tottenham, 1-0 on aggregate in their Round of 16 clash before a 2-1 aggregate win over Napoli in the quarter-finals. They have it all to do here against Inter who were deserved winners of the 1st leg. AC Milan were on a 9 match run without a loss, but they suffered defeat in their last 2 games including a 2-0 away loss to Spezia in the League on the weekend.
These sides met in Serie A back in early February with Inter winning 1-0 at home.

AC Milan are going to have to come forward in search of goal and this can open up things on the other side for Inter. The over 2.5 goals appeal for some value at 11/10, but I am rather going to back Inter for the win at the same price. They are in much better form than their neighbours, AC Milan and I am expecting them to soak up some early pressure before putting the tie beyond doubt.
