The DP World Tour travels to New Delhi for the Hero Indian Open, which is to be played at the Gary Player Course at the DLF Golf & Country Club. Let’s take a look at this tournament from a betting angle.
The Course
Located in Northern India, the DLF Golf & Country Club is known to be one of the top courses in the country. The parkland course is lined with trees and features a number of doglegs that test players’ course management skills. The greens are large and undulating, requiring a brilliant touch. The par 72 course plays 7,654 yards.
The Gary Player course has hosted this tournament since 2017.

Selections:
Andy Sullivan at 33/1
Sullivan has had an impressive run of form recently, with one top 25 and two top 5 finishes in his last three starts. The Englishman is a veteran on tour, having played since 2011 with 5 wins under his belt. Sullivan will look to take advantage of the weak field and put his name at the top of the leaderboard.
Suggested bet: Each way at 33/1.
Jordan Smith at 18/1
Smith finished 21st at the Singapore Classic after finishing tied second at the Jonsson Workwear Open the week before. This is Smith’s 10th year on tour. Over those 10 years, he has won 7 tournaments and will look to add another title to his name.
Suggested bet: Each way at 18/1.
Yannik Paul at 25/1
Paul finished runner-up at last year’s tournament, losing out by one shot to fellow German Marcel Siem, who finished at -14. Paul has had one impressive finish this season, where he finished tied for 4th at the Ras Al Khaimah Championship.
Suggested bet: Each way at 25/1.
