The Rajasthan Royals are set to clash with the Delhi Capitals this Thursday on the 28th of March at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur in what will be the 9th match of IPL 2024. We will take a look at the match from a betting perspective.

The Rajasthan Royals took on the Lucknow Super Giants in their 1st match that took place in Jaipur on Sunday. They won the toss and elected to bat first. After losing an early wicket they began to stabilise picking up pace throughout the innings and after their 20 overs they reached a score of 193/4. Their top batsman on the day was Sanju Samson who scored 82 runs off 52 balls.
The Royals then started extremely well with the ball in hand, taking 3 wickets in just over 3 overs and leaving the Super Giants on 11-3. They then let things slip but in the end the total they set was good enough and they won by 20 runs. Top bowler was Trent Boult who took 2 wickets for 35 runs in his 4 overs.
The Delhi Capitals took on the Punjab Kings in their 1st match that was played on Saturday in Mullanpur. The Capitals lost the toss, and they were sent into bat first, where they had a decent start, but with wickets starting to fall and the run rate dropping, they were restricted to a total of 174/9 with Shai Hope picking up top batsman honours with 33 runs off 25 balls and there was a quickfire 32* off just 10 balls from Abishek Porel coming in at 10.
The Capitals then struggled to build pressure in the field and although they were taking wickets it was not at regular enough intervals and the Punjab Kings ended up reaching the total of 174 with just 4 balls remaining in the innings. Top bowler was Kuldeep Yadav who took 2 wickets for 20 runs in his 4 over spell.
