The Rajasthan Royals finished in 5th position in last year’s competition, and they will be captained by the impressive Sanju Samson. They will certainly look to climb higher on the table in this year’s tournament and they have a few key players who will be able to get them there including the likes of Englishman Jos Buttler who is solid behind the stumps and with bat in hand. Trent Boult the fast bowler from New Zealand will also be key to the Royals chances both at the top of the order and bowling at the death.
The Lucknow Super Giants finished in 3rd place at the end of the group stages last year and they dropped to 4th overall by the end of the tournament. They will be captained by KL Rahul this year and the team is not shy of talented players who will be able to get the job done. South African, Quinton De Kock will be looking to get back in form after a poor SA20 run with the bat in hand. Australian, Marcus Stoinis will be a bowler to look out for in this T20 format cricket and he is very capable of guiding the team towards victory.

The Lucknow side has a few very talented batsmen and I believe throughout the tournament a lot of these guys will put up big totals, my first pick is the captain as I think he will lead from the front.
