CSK’s last match was at home to the Kolkata Knight Riders and they won the toss and decided to field. They were on top of KKR from the start and restricted them to 137/9 in 20 overs. There were plenty of strong bowling performances with Deshpande and Jadeja getting 3 wickets and the latter only went for 4.50 runs per over.
CSK won in the 18th over with just 3 wickets down and captain Gaikwad anchored the innings with 67 off 58 balls.
