There is just the one T20 World Cup game taking place on Monday and it is a big one for South Africa as they face Bangladesh at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in East Meadow, New York.
A quick look at the outright prices on the pair shows that South Africa are trading at 13/2 and Bangladesh at 100/1.

SOUTH AFRICA
South Africa won both their opening matches in Group D and currently sit top of the table. Neither of the performances were convincing and in the opening game they bowled Sri Lanka out for 77, but laboured somewhat to a 6 wicket victory with 22 balls in hand.
They were then involved in another low scoring affair when the Netherlands batted first scoring 103 for 9 in 20 overs and had South Africa in all sorts of trouble in their response with 3 wickets down with just 3 runs on the board. Tristan Stubbs scored a solid 33 and David Miller saw them home with an impressive 59 off 51 balls and they won by 4 wickets with just 7 balls remaining.
BANGLADESH
Bangladesh have only played 1 match so far and that was a victory against Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka batted first scoring 124 for 9 and Bangladesh battled in the chase, but eventually got to 125 for 8 off 19 overs to win by 2 wickets.
Rahman and Hossain were the star bowlers for Bangladesh, both picking up 3 wickets and Towhid Hridoy 40 runs at a strike rate of 200 proved to be the difference between the teams.

South Africa 1/3
Bangladesh 5/2
I am not convinced that South Africa should be as short as 1/3 here, given how close their last two games turned out to be. I am not going to get involved in the outright markets so will look to some of the other betting options available.
Suggested Bet: South African Top Bowler, Ottniel Baartman at 2/1
Baartman was on fire in the last match taking 4 wickets for 11 runs and there is no doubt that he is suited by the pitch that has been laid down at this venue. I am expecting him to be at that nagging length that will tempt the Bangladeshi batsmen to play shots.
Suggested Bet: South African Top Batsman at 23/4
We are getting a big price on this one as Stubbs needs a few wickets to fall before he comes to bat. He hasn’t set the world alight in this World Cup, but he has played two solid knocks at this ground and I think that experience could stand him in good stead.
