HEAD-TO-HEAD
In the last 5 matches these 2 teams have met, India have won 3 with England winning 2. Their 3 most recent clashes took place in England last year where India won 2-1, with the highlight being a 10 wicket Indian win in the first match of the series.
Suggested Bet: England Top Batsman – Joe Root at 85/40
Root let me down in the last game after being run out when I was on him to score 50 runs. I believe he is too classy a player not to break out of a poor run of form and I am betting on him to come right in this game.
Suggested Bet: Virat Kohli to score 50+ at 19/20
Kohli has been in brilliant form this World Cup and I don’t think he will take his foot off the gas anytime soon, and he is my pick once again to score a half-century.
