The 2nd test match between Bangladesh and South Africa starts on Tuesday the 29th of October, the game will be held at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium. We look at the test from a betting perspective offering a couple of possible plays.

The first Test began with Bangladesh winning the toss and choosing to bat, but they struggled to score runs and were under early pressure. Mahmudul Hasan Joy was the top scorer with 30 off 97 balls, while Keshav Maharaj led South Africa’s bowling with 3 for 34 in 16.1 overs.
South Africa then came to the crease. Despite an early wicket, they formed partnerships throughout and were eventually bowled out for 308, a lead of 202 runs.
Kyle Verreynne starred with 114 off 144 balls, and Taijul Islam was Bangladesh’s standout bowler, taking 5 for 122 in his 36-over spell.
In their second innings, Bangladesh fought back, recovering from an early loss of two quick wickets. The managed to frustrate the South African bowlers and eventually reached 307 all out.
Mehidy Hasan Miraz was the top scorer with 97 off 191 balls, while Kagiso Rabada took the best bowling figures for South Africa with 6 for 46 in 17.5 overs.
South Africa’s final chase was just 106 runs, and they achieved it with ease losing three wickets. Opener Tony De Zorzi led with 41 off 52 balls, and Taijul Islam again impressed, taking all three wickets for 43 runs in 11 overs.

Rickelton looked solid in the 1st innings and he has the temperament to bat for long periods.
