PRETORIA CAPITALS
The Pretoria Capitals are currently sitting 3rd on the log with 1 victory, 1 loss and 2 no-results in their 4 matches.
Their last start was away to the Super Kings on Thursday night where they were restricted to 138 for 8 in their 20 overs with Kyle Verreynne the top batsman with 39 off 31.
The Joburg Super Kings were heavy favourites to chase that total down, but the rain came down and the Pretoria Capitals would have been the happier of the two sides to shake hands at that point.
PAARL ROYALS
The Paarl Royals are currently sitting 4th on the log having played three matches with 2 victories and 1 defeat.
Their 2nd victory came in their last start in Match 9 where they hosted MI Cape Town. The Royals won the toss and elected to field, restricting MI Cape Town to 158 for 4 in their 20 overs.
Mujeeb Ur Rahman was the pick of the bowlers with 2 for 27 off his 4 overs. The Paarl Royals then chased the target down with 1 over remaining and 6 wickets in hand. Youngster, Lhuan-dre Pretorius was once again the star with the bat, scoring 83 off 52 balls before been run out.
He did ride his luck early though, been dropped twice in the first over.

Pretoria Capitals 5/6
Paarl Royals 21/20
I have not been impressed by this Capitals side and it seems as if Will Jacks doesn’t fire, they really battle to get runs and while the likes of Gurbaz and Rossouw are very capable they tend to be a bit hit and miss.
This Paarl Royals side have performed above my expectations and I am happy to back them for an away win at current prices.
BET: Paarl Royals Win at 21/20
With Pretorius batting up front, the first over is almost guaranteed to be eventful in the Royals innings and I am going to bet that we get 7 runs or more.
BET: Over 1 Paarl Royals Total, Over 6.5 at 1/1
Pretoria Capitals are trading at 4/7 to hit the most sixes with the tie 7/1 and Paarl Royals 19/10. There are plenty of 6 hitters in the Pretoria Capitals side, but the same applies to the Paarl Royals and at just shy at 2/1 I can’t resist the price.
BET: Most Sixes, Paarl Royals at 19/10
