The Paarl Royals last match was away to the Pretoria Capitals a game where the home team started favourite with the bookmakers.
They lost the toss and were asked to field. The Capitals scored what looked a match winning 212/5 with Mujeeb Ur Rahman the pick of the bowlers with 2-28 off 4 overs.
They lost star youngster Pretorius to the 1st ball but batted brilliantly from there winning by 8 wickets with 2 balls to spare. Roor scored an unbeaten 92 and saw them home with skipper Miller who got 48 at a strike rate of 200.
JOBURG SUPER KINGS
JSK were away to MI Cape Town on Saturday and Faf Du Plessis won his 4th consecutive toss and chose to bat.
Du Plessis was the top bat with 61 off 38 balls but when he went with the score on 97 the innings slowed down and only a late rally got them to 172/5.
MI Cape Town were always in control of the chase winning with 4.1 overs to spare and 7 wickets in hand.

The Royals continue to be underestimated by the bookmakers and I would have made them favourites here. They have a top order with plenty of big hitters and the experienced head of Joe Root and their bowling unit is taylor made for the Boland Park track.
Bet: Batsman Matches, Root/Pretorius at 9/10
Pretorius was all the rage early but he was dropped twice in the 1st over of his penultimate match and then went for a duck next innings. Root is the man who they look to go deep and I think 9/10 is a decent price.
Bet: Batsman match 6’s over 0.5 Rubin Hermann at 9/4
He cleared the ropes 3 times against the Capitals and the price looks to good to resist.
