MotoGP heads back to Spain this week as the grid heads to the impressive MotorLand Aragón Circuit for the Aragon MotoGP. We will take a look at this week’s race from a betting angle and will make a few suggested bets.
Located in Alcañiz, Spain, MotorLand Aragón has been a prominent fixture on the MotoGP calendar since 2010. The circuit is renowned for its challenging layout, featuring 17 turns over a 5.077 km track.

Two weeks ago, the season delivered yet another different winner as Marco Bezzecchi claimed a superb victory at Silverstone, earning 25 points in the World Championship standings. Johann Zarco secured second place, with Marc Márquez completing the podium in third.
CHAMPIONSHIP UPDATE
Marc Márquez remains at the top of the standings with 196 points and is the firm favourite to win the World Championship, trading at 1.08. His brother, Álex Márquez, sits second with 172 points and is priced at 10.00, while Francesco Bagnaia is further back on 124 points and trades at 21.00.

Aragon MotoGP 2024
Last year’s race saw Marc Marques finish in first place while Jorge Martin came in in second almost 5 seconds back and Pedro Acosta finished in 3rd while South African rider, Brad Binder finished in fourth.

VERDICT
Marc Márquez continues to dominate this year’s MotoGP season and looks almost unstoppable. However, from a betting perspective, the next best value lies with Álex Márquez. He already has wins under his belt this season and consistently delivers strong performances, reflected in his second-place standing in the World Championship. Given his form and momentum, I’m backing him to take the win this weekend.
