I am going to excuse Pirates last loss against the high flying Mamelodi Sundowns and suggest that at current prices they are a very solid bet to grab 3 points. Maritzburg look to be really struggling in front of goal whereas in Pirates 2 home games before the Sundowns defeat they scored a total of 7.

While I am confident in calling the Pirates win here I doubt it is going to be a high scoring fixture given how these teams have been playing this season. I am looking at Pirates to keep a clean sheet and win by more than a goal.
