LIVERPOOL
Liverpool are 8th on the log and haven’t had a League win in their last 4 starts. They are coming off a 2-2 home draw to Arsenal and prior to that they played a goalless draw at Chelsea. Liverpool have only won 3 of 15 matches on the road this season drawing 4 and losing 8 and have only taken 2 points from the last 12 they have played for on their travels.
GOALS
Looking at goal stats, Leeds home games have averaged 3 goals each with 9 of the 15 matches delivering profits for over 2.5 goal backers. The last 3 Leeds games have seen 3 goals or more scored and in fact Leeds last 5 games have all reached the 3 goal mark with 4 of them netting you a profit had you backed over 3.5 goals.
9 of Liverpool’s away games have been good for overs backers, but 4 of their last 5 away matches have failed to reach 3 goals.
HEAD TO HEAD
Leeds shocked Liverpool 2-1 away from home earlier this season and last year Liverpool did the double winning this fixture 3-0 and winning 6-0 at home.

Leeds United 7/2
Draw 33/10
Liverpool 8/11
I was going to look at an over 2.5 goals bet here, but at 11/20 it is a bit short for me. I wouldn’t put you off over 3.5 goals at 27/20 given how Leeds’s recent games have been going, but for me the value here must lie with Liverpool and despite having a poor record should be able to put a struggling Leeds team away. The 8/11 for the win is a bit short for my pocket so I am going to back them on the handicap to win this game by more than a goal.
Suggested Bet: Handicap, Liverpool -1.5 goals at 7/4
