South Africa will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing opening T20 game against India when they meet in the second of the three match series in Guwahati on Sunday. We take a look at the game from a betting angle.
India started 5/10 favourites to win the 1st T20 and they were never in doubt after a strong start. India had won the toss and elected to field first on a pitch which had a green tinge to it and took plenty of swing from the start.
The Proteas were soon in trouble and at 9 for 5 statisticians were reaching for the record books. Markram and Parnell managed to steady the ship before a fighting 41 from Maharaj saw them reach 106 for 8. The Indian bowlers were all superb and it was Arshdeep Singh who got the most wickets at 3 for 32 in his 4 overs.
India knocked up the runs with 3.2 overs to spare and 8 wickets in hand though at 17 for 2 the Proteas certainly had some hope. Rahul and Yadav both finished not out on 51 and 50 respectively. South African bowlers fought fairly well, but the task of defending such a low total was always going to be a big one.

India 5/10
South Africa 33/20
India look worthy favourites once again I am expecting them to go hard as they approach the T20 World Cup. I have never been a 5/10 punter though and will turn my attention to the other markets.
Suggested Bet: Kohli to score a 50, YES, at 2/1
Kohli failed in the 1st T20, but has been making runs in this format and I am looking for a big innings from him in this 2nd T20.
Top Away Bowler, Nortje at 33/1
Nortje was expensive in the 1st T20, but this market is all about wickets and he is a proven wicket taker and I am expecting the Indians to go hard at him something which could work to our advantage in this bet.
