There are 6 English Premier League matches taking place on Saturday and we take a look at each of them from a betting angle.
Let’s start with a look at the latest English Premier League Outright Betting where Manchester City are 1/10 favourites ahead of Arsenal at 7/1.

Leeds v Newcastle –Click here to bet
Leeds are currently 2nd from bottom of the log and with only 1 point from their last 6 starts. They face 3rd place Newcastle who saw a 3 match run of victories ended when the lost 2-0 at home to Arsenal last time out.
Leeds games have had plenty of goals in them with over 2.5 goal backers collecting in 9 of their last 10. That is priced fairly short though at 8/13 and I am going to take the bigger price that we get 4 goals or more.
Suggested Bet: Over 3.5 goals at 15/10
Aston Villa v Tottenham – Click here to bet
Aston Villa are 8th on the log, but have seen a great run of form ended with back-to-back defeats away at Wolves and Manchester United.
Tottenham are 6th on the log, 3 points ahead of Villa with 3 matches left to play and they broke a run of 4 matches without a victory with a 1-0 home win over Crystal Palace last time out.
Villa beat Tottenham on the road 2-0 earlier in the season and Tottenham did the double over Villa last season.
Aston Villa may have had those 2 away losses, but you can’t argue with their recent home form and they have won 5 in a row.
Suggested Bet: Aston Villa win at 5/4

Chelsea v Nottingham – Click here to bet
Chelsea are 11th on the log and got their first win in 7 starts when they beat Bournemouth 3-1 on the road last time out. Chelsea have been poor at home and haven’t won in their last 5 games at Stamford Bridge.
Nottingham climbed to 16th on the table with a 4-3 home win over Southampton in their last start and it was their second win in 3 games and their 2nd successive home win.
These sides played to a 1-1 draw at Nottingham earlier in the season and this is another game where I expect the goals to flow as Chelsea’s last 2 games have had 4 goals in them and 3 out of the last 4 Nottingham games have had 4 goals or more scored.
There is 8/10 over 2.5 goals, but I am going to be more ambitious here and once again look for 4 goals or more in the game.
Suggested Bet: Over 3.5 goals at 2/1
Crystal Palace v Bournemouth – Click here to bet
Palace are currently 12th on the log and are coming off a 1-0 away defeat to Tottenham. Their last home game was a 4-3 win over West Ham.
Bournemouth are 14th on the log, 1 point behind Crystal Palace and they were defeated 3-1 at home by Chelsea in their last start.
Palace beat Bournemouth 2-0 on the road in the reverse fixture and I am taking them to get the double.
Suggested Bet: Crystal Palace win at 9/10
Manchester United v Wolves – Click here to bet
Manchester United are currently 4th on the log, but they suffered back-to-back defeats away at West Ham and Brighton. Their last home game was a 1-0 victory over Aston Villa and they have only lost once at home this season.
Wolves are 13th on the log and assured of another season of English Premier League action. They beat Aston Villa 1-0 at home last time out, but their last away game was a 6-0 hammering at the hands of Brighton and they have only won twice on the road this season and have only taken 1 point from the last 15 they have played for on their travels.
The last 5 League matches between these sides have only been decided by 1 goal, but I am expecting a big Manchester United bounce back here and will back them to win by 2 goals or more.
Suggest Bet: Handicap, Manchester United -1.5 goals at 21/20
Southampton v Fulham – Click here to bet
Southampton are bottom of the log and a defeat here would essentially seal their fate although relatively I see no way of them avoiding relegation particularly given current form which has seen them take just 3 points from the last 30 they have played for. Their last match was a 4-3 away defeat to fellow relegation candidates Nottingham.
Fulham are 10th on the log and broke a 3 match losing streak with a 5-3 home victory over Leicester on Monday night. They have lost their last 2 away matches by 1 goal margins at Liverpool and Villa, but Southampton are not in that class and I am backing Fulham to get 3 points.
Suggested Bet: Fulham win at 31/20
