The Europa League continues on Thursday the 5th of November with another selection of intriguing fixtures. Out two featured matches sees Sparta Prague welcome Bournemouth before Sunderland host Dinamo Zagreb. We take a closer look at both encounters from a betting perspective below.

Verdict
Bournemouth’s convincing victory over Milan makes them difficult to oppose against a Sparta side still searching for their first home win in the competition. The visitors have offered considerably more in attack while keeping consecutive clean sheets and I am backing them to extend their perfect start with another victory in a high scoring game.

SUNDERLAND vs DINAMO ZAGREB
Sunderland remain unbeaten after three Europa League fixtures, collecting 7 points to occupy 9th position on the table.
They kicked things off with a narrow 1-0 home victory over AZ Alkmaar before winning 2-1 away to Torreense. A 1-1 draw at Lech Poznan last time out ended their winning start, although it ensured they returned from consecutive away fixtures with four points.
Dinamo Zagreb were beaten 4-2 at home by Nijmegen in their latest appearance which ended their unbeaten start in the competition.

Verdict
Sunderland have made a steady start and return home after taking points from both of their away fixtures. Dinamo’s opening two clean sheets suggest they can make the hosts work for their chances but conceding four against Nijmegen offers an opportunity for Sunderland. I am backing the English side to claim a second home victory in a competitive encounter.
