BRADFORD CITY vs PETERBOROUGH UNITED
Bradford City have won all three of their Carabao Cup fixtures this season, scoring six goals while conceding only once. Their campaign began with a comfortable 2-0 home victory over Rochdale before they produced an impressive result against Burnley in the second round.
Bradford edged Burnley 1-0 at home to secure their passage before travelling to Leyton Orient in the third round. They delivered another convincing performance on that occasion, winning 3-1 to move within one victory of the quarter-finals.
Peterborough United have also recorded three victories on their way to this stage, although their progress has featured considerably more goals. They opened with a narrow 1-0 win away to Bristol Rovers before producing a remarkable attacking display at Watford.
Peterborough stormed to a 5-1 away victory in the second round, comfortably overcoming a potentially difficult assignment. Their third round meeting with Barnsley proved much tighter but they eventually emerged with a thrilling 4-3 home success after penalties.
Head-to-Head:
Bradford won the most recent meeting 2-0 at home in August, having also beaten Peterborough by the same scoreline in February.
Last season’s reverse league fixture ended 1-1 at Peterborough. Bradford are therefore unbeaten across the last three meetings, collecting two victories and a draw.

Peterborough United 5.00
Verdict:
Peterborough’s attacking performances deserve respect, particularly their five goal display at Watford. They have already won twice away from home in this competition and should approach this trip with confidence.
However, Bradford have offered a stronger defensive foundation throughout their cup campaign. Keeping Rochdale and Burnley scoreless before conceding only once at Leyton Orient suggests they are capable of making life difficult for the visitors.
Bradford’s recent results against Peterborough add further encouragement, with consecutive 2-0 home victories in this fixture. The visitors carry a threat going forward but I am backing Bradford to make home advantage count and continue their cup run in a low scoring affair.

FLEETWOOD TOWN vs ARSENAL
Fleetwood Town have enjoyed an excellent Carabao Cup campaign, winning three successive home fixtures without conceding a goal. Their run began with a closely contested 1-0 victory over Chesterfield in the opening round.
They followed that result with a commanding 4-0 win against Shrewsbury, delivering their most convincing attacking performance of the competition. Fleetwood then overcame Sheffield United 1-0 in the third round to secure this meeting with Arsenal.
Arsenal entered the competition in the third round and booked their place in this tie with a 4-2 victory away to Ipswich Town. The Gunners showed their attacking quality by scoring four times, although conceding twice gave their opponents opportunities to remain involved.
That result means Arsenal face another away assignment as they look to reach the quarter-finals. Their opening performance demonstrated their ability to create and convert chances, but they will aim for greater defensive control against a Fleetwood side that has built its progress around keeping opponents out.

Verdict:
Fleetwood deserve credit for reaching this stage with three victories and three clean sheets. Their success against Sheffield United should strengthen their belief, while another home fixture gives them the opportunity to build on what has worked throughout the competition.
Arsenal nevertheless bring a much greater attacking threat than Fleetwood have faced during this run. Scoring four times at Ipswich provided an encouraging start to their campaign and a similar level of finishing would put considerable pressure on the hosts.
Fleetwood’s defensive record suggests Arsenal may need patience, but the visitors are clear favourites for good reason. I am backing the Gunners to secure victory inside 90 minutes but with Fleetwood keeping the scoreline respectable.
