ARSENAL vs LEEDS
Arsenal occupy 2nd position with 12 points after winning four of their opening five league fixtures. They recorded a 2-1 home victory over Chelsea early last month before beating Sunderland 2-0 away to maintain their perfect start.
That winning run ended with a disappointing 3-0 defeat at Brighton in their latest outing. The Gunners will be eager to respond at home, where they have won both league matches this season.
Leeds remain unbeaten and sit 5th with 9 points from five matches. They followed successive 1-1 draws against Brentford and Brighton with an impressive 4-1 home victory over Newcastle United a few weeks ago.
A goalless draw against Crystal Palace followed in their most recent fixture. Leeds have conceded only three goals so far, although this trip presents a demanding test of their encouraging early form.
Head-to-Head:
Arsenal have won each of the last six meetings between the clubs.
The Gunners completed a convincing double last season, winning 5-0 at home before recording a 4-0 away victory. They have also scored at least four goals in four of those six encounters.

Arsenal 1.40
Draw 5.00
Leeds 8.00
Verdict:
Leeds deserve credit for their unbeaten start and have shown enough defensive discipline to make Arsenal work for their chances.
The hosts were well below their best against Brighton but their strong home results and dominant record against Leeds provide confidence that they can recover.
I expect a more competitive contest than last season’s meetings, although Arsenal remain my pick to collect all three points.

CHELSEA vs BOURNEMOUTH
Chelsea sit 10th with 7 points from their opening five clashes. Their recent results have been disappointing, with a 2-1 defeat against Arsenal followed by a 2-2 home draw against Hull City.
Chelsea then suffered a heavy 3-0 loss away to Brentford in round 5. They have now gone three league matches without a victory and have conceded 12 goals this season.
Bournemouth remain without a win and occupy 17th position with 3 points overall. They recorded consecutive 2-2 draws against Newcastle United and Brentford before losing 1-0 at home to Liverpool in their latest outing.
That defeat was the first time Bournemouth failed to score this season. They have remained competitive in most of their fixtures but are still searching for the result that could kick start their campaign.
Head-to-Head:
Chelsea are unbeaten in the last six meetings between the sides, recording two victories and four draws.
Both encounters last season finished level, with a goalless draw at Bournemouth followed by a 2-2 result at Stamford Bridge. The last two meetings on Chelsea soil have both ended 2-2.

Chelsea 1.73
Draw 4.25
Bournemouth 4.50
Verdict:
Chelsea’s defensive problems make them difficult to trust at a short price, particularly after conceding three unanswered goals against Brentford.
Bournemouth have struggled to secure victories, but their three draws show they can stay in games and their recent meetings with Chelsea have also been closely contested.
With neither side arriving in convincing form, I think Bournemouth can frustrate the hosts, and the draw is appealing at the available price.
BET: Draw at 4.25

MANCHESTER UNITED vs TOTTENHAM
Manchester United occupy 12th position on the log with 5 points from five league matches. Their emphatic 5-2 victory over Ipswich Town remains their only win, with a 2-2 draw against Everton followed by a 1-0 derby defeat to Manchester City since then.
United then drew 1-1 away to Fulham in their latest fixture despite being comfortable favourites. They have scored eight goals this season but will need greater consistency to start climbing the table.
Tottenham sit bottom of the table with two points and are still searching for their first league victory. Successive goalless draws against Nottingham Forest and Everton provided some defensive encouragement after defeats in their opening two matches.
Spurs finally scored their first goals of the campaign against Aston Villa but still suffered a 3-2 home defeat just less than a month ago. That result leaves them under pressure heading into another difficult away fixture.
Head-to-Head:
Tottenham have won four of the last six meetings between the clubs, while Manchester United have claimed one victory and one match has ended level.
United won the latest encounter 2-0 at Old Trafford after drawing 2-2 away earlier last season. Tottenham’s four victories in this sequence include their 1-0 Europa League final success last year.

Manchester United 1.73
Draw 4.25
Tottenham 4.50
Verdict:
Manchester United have been inconsistent but Tottenham’s struggles offer the hosts an opportunity to return to winning ways.
Spurs showed more attacking threat against Aston Villa, although their inability to turn that improvement into points remains a concern. United also won comfortably when the sides last met at Old Trafford.
I expect Tottenham to make this competitive, but United’s stronger attacking potential gives them the edge for me.
