The SA Premier League action continues on Sunday the 13th of September and two fixtures on the programme are the focus of our attention.
First up newcomers Milford welcome Richards Bay before TS Galaxy take on Kruger United, also in their 1st season of PSL action. We cover both encounters from a betting perspective below.

Milford are currently in 6th position after collecting 8 points from their opening six league fixtures. They began their campaign with a 2-0 loss to Orlando Pirates and then earned consecutive home victories over Siwelele and Kruger United before their early momentum slowed.
Milford have taken two points from their last three matches, drawing 0-0 against Polokwane City and Chippa United either side of a 2-0 defeat away to Mamelodi Sundowns.
Richards Bay are still searching for their first victory and sit 13th on the table with 3 points from five matches. They opened the season with a 2-1 home defeat against Polokwane City before drawing three successive fixtures.
Those stalemates came against Chippa United, Durban City and Kaizer Chiefs. Richards Bay were then beaten 2-1 at home by AmaZulu in their latest outing despite producing another competitive performance.
Head-to-Head:
This will be the first competitive meeting between Milford and Richards Bay.
Odds: Milford 2.60 | Draw 2.90 | Richards Bay 3.40
Verdict:
Milford have displayed impressive defensive discipline, keeping clean sheets in their last two matches against Polokwane City and Chippa United. Their limited attacking return remains a concern but they have already picked up two home victories this season.
Richards Bay have been competitive without finding the result needed to secure their first win. They have scored in four of their five matches but continue to concede at important moments.
With home advantage and the stronger start to the campaign, I believe Milford are capable of returning to winning ways in what could be a closely contested encounter.
Bet: Milford to Win at 2.60

TS Galaxy vs Kruger United – click here to bet
TS Galaxy sit 9th on the log with 6 points from their opening five league assignments. They began with a 2-2 draw against Siwelele before suffering a narrow 3-2 home defeat against Mamelodi Sundowns.
A goalless draw with Golden Arrows followed before Galaxy claimed their first victory by beating Marumo Gallants 3-2 away. They maintained their unbeaten run in the previous round with a 0-0 draw at Sekhukhune United.
Kruger United remain at the bottom of the standings after earning only 1 point from five matches. Their campaign kicked off with a 3-1 home defeat against Kaizer Chiefs before a goalless draw away to Marumo Gallants.
They have since suffered three consecutive losses against Milford, Durban City and Orlando Pirates. Kruger were beaten 4-0 in their latest appearance and have scored only twice while conceding 11 goals this season.
Head-to-Head:
TS Galaxy and Kruger United have not previously met in a competitive fixture.
Odds: TS Galaxy 2.30 | Draw 3.15 | Kruger United 3.75
Verdict:
TS Galaxy have lost only once this season and enter the fixture after collecting four points from their previous two matches. They have also kept consecutive clean sheets either side of their victory over Gallants.
Kruger United have struggled at both ends of the pitch and arrive following three straight defeats. Their lack of attacking threat and division-worst defensive record leave them facing another difficult test on Sunday.
I believe Galaxy should control the contest at home and they are my pick to add to Kruger United’s misery and secure all three points.
Bet: TS Galaxy to Win at 2.30
