JACK DELLA MADDALENA vs CARLOS PRATES
Welterweight – Main Event:
Jack Della Maddalena enters this headline bout holding a UFC record of 8 wins and 1 loss. The Australian is a highly skilled and balanced fighter with sharp boxing and a strong finishing instinct having built an impressive run through the division.
He most recently suffered a unanimous decision defeat to Islam Makhachev in a title bout in November 2025 but had secured a unanimous decision win over Belal Muhammad and recorded a knockout victory over Gilbert Burns before that.
Carlos Prates is a Brazilian fighter who comes into this bout with a tally of 6 wins and 1 loss within the organisation. He has quickly developed into one of the more dangerous strikers at welterweight with explosive knockout power and a high stoppage rate.
During his last fight in November 2025 he picked up a knockout victory over Leon Edwards in after stopping Geoff Neal in the first round a few months prior. Notably his only setback in recent years came in his clash with Ian Garry where he dropped a decision after 5 rounds in April last year.

Della Maddalena 2.05
Prates 1.83
PREDICTION:
This is a high level striking matchup between two dangerous finishers. Della Maddalena brings cleaner technique and experience against elite opposition while Prates carries serious knockout power and momentum. I believe Prate’s composure and ability to keep his opponents at a distance should allow him to edge this contest on the scorecards.
BENEIL DARIUSH vs QUILLAN SALKILLD
Lightweight – Co-Main Event:
Beneil Dariush the American veteran enters the octagon with experience dating back to 2014 and a record of 17 wins, 7 losses and 1 draw under the promotion. He is a highly tested fighter with strong grappling and solid striking but has struggled against top contenders in recent appearances.
He comes into this fight after a knockout defeat to Benoit Saint Denis in November 2025 while prior to that he secured a decision victory over Renato Moicano but suffered stoppage losses to Arman Tsarukyan and Charles Oliveira in the first round.
Quillan Salkilld brings a perfect UFC record of 4 wins without into this contest. The Australian is an explosive and aggressive fighter with dangerous hands and has made a big impression early in his career.
The rising prospect earned a submission win over Jamie Mullarkey in February 2026 after knocking out Nasrat Haqparast in the first round to extend his run of form that includes a decision victory over Yanal Ashmouz and a quick knockout victory over Anshul Jubli.

Dariush 4.50
Salkilld 1.22
PREDICTION:
This is a classic matchup between experience and rising momentum. Dariush has the higher level experience and grappling ability but Salkilld’s pace and finishing threat make him the rightful favourite. Given Salkilld’s current form and explosiveness I am expecting him to find a finish here within the opening round.
TIM ELLIOTT vs STEVE ERCEG
Flyweight – Main Card Bout:
Tim Elliott enters this bout with a resume of 9 wins and 10 losses in the institution. The American is a highly unorthodox and experienced flyweight with a strong grappling base and constant movement that can trouble opponents.
He most recently secured a submission victory over Kai Asakura in August 2025 during the second round after submitting Sumudaerji in 2023. Although prior to that he suffered a submission loss to Muhammad Mokaev but had recorded wins over Victor Altamirano and Tagir Ulanbekov.
Steve Erceg arrives at this weekend’s event on home soil with a UFC record of 4 wins and 3 losses. He is a fighter with solid striking fundamentals and good composure on the mat but has faced tough competition in recent bouts.
His latest action was a decision victory over Ode Osbourne in August 2025, however, before that he suffered defeats to Brandon Moreno, Kai Kara-France and Alexandre Pantoja and seems to have peaked in his first three bouts of his career.

Elliott 2.80
Erceg 1.47
PREDICTION:
Elliott’s movement and grappling can create problems, while Erceg offers cleaner striking and structure. Given Erceg’s composure and overall balance, I am expecting him to control large portions the fight but I am backing Elliot pull off an upset and win by submission.

Dariush vs Salkilld
Salkilld to win in round 1 at 2.80
