England take on New Zealand at Twickenham on Saturday the 15th of November 2025 in what promises to be a cracking game. We’ll take a look at the match from a betting angle offering up a couple of suggested plays.

England come into this clash in excellent form, having won nine of their ten Test matches in 2025. Their most recent outing saw them dispatch Fiji 38-18 at Twickenham last weekend, following a 25-7 win over Australia the previous weekend.

Prior to that, they completed a solid tour of the Americas in July, defeating Argentina twice, 35-12 and 22-17 respectively and then pumping USA 40-5, all without their B&I Lions players.

In this year’s Six Nations, England were similarly impressive, claiming victories over France, Scotland, Wales and Italy, with their only defeat coming narrowly away to Ireland where they lost 27-22.

England Lineup:

1.Fin Baxter, 2. Jamie George, 3. Joe Heyes, 4. Maro Itoje (Captain), 5. Alex Coles, 6. Guy Pepper, 7. Sam Underhill, 8. Ben Earl, 9. Alex Mitchell, 10. George Ford, 11. Immanuel Feyi-Waboso, 12. Fraser Dingwall, 13. Ollie Lawrence, 14. Tom Roebuck, 15. Freddie Steward.

Reserves:
16. Luke Cowan-Dickie, 17. Ellis Genge, 18. Will Stuart, 19. Chandler Cunningham-South, 20. Tom Curry, 21. Henry Pollock, 22. Ben Spencer, 23. Marcus Smith.

New Zealand arrive at Twickenham in strong form of their own, having claimed consecutive wins over Ireland (in Chicago) where they left as 26-13 victors and they fought off a late comeback from Scotland a week later to beat them 25-17 at Murrayfield on Saturday. They have had a successful 2025 campaign, winning nine of their eleven matches, including a clean sweep over a second string France in July across three matches and two victories over Australia in the Rugby Championship.

Their only setbacks came in South America and against the Springboks, losing 29-23 to Argentina and suffering a huge 43-10 loss to South Africa in Wellington in mid-September. However, since then the All Blacks have responded well and head into this fixture on a four game winning streak.

New Zealand Lineup:

1.Ethan de Groot, 2. Codie Taylor, 3. Fletcher Newell, 4. Scott Barrett (Captain), 5. Fabian Holland, 6. Simon Parker, 7. Ardie Savea, 8. Peter Lakai, 9. Cam Roigard, 10. Beauden Barrett, 11. Leicester Fainga’anuku, 12. Quinn Tupaea, 13. Billy Proctor, 14. Leroy Carter, 15. Will Jordan.

Reserves:
16. Samisoni Taukei’aho, 17. Tamaiti Williams, 18. Pasilio Tosi, 19. Josh Lord, 20. Wallace Sititi, 21. Cortez Ratima, 22. Anton Lienert-Brown, 23. Damian McKenzie.

Head-to-Head:

The sides last met at Twickenham in 2024, with New Zealand winning 24-22 after a tense encounter. Earlier last year, the All Blacks also claimed two home wins, one in Dunedin where they edged them 16-15 and Auckland the following week where they won 24-17.

Betting and Verdict:

England 1.93
Draw 23.00
New Zealand 2.05

Handicap: England [-0.5]

Both teams enter this clash in winning form, but New Zealand’s consistency and ability to execute under pressure could again prove the difference in my opinion. England’s record at Twickenham and recent attacking form suggest they’ll be competitive, though the All Blacks’ accuracy and pace in transition may see them edge clear later on. I am expecting a low scoring clash shaded by the visitors.

Bet: Result and Total Points: New Zealand and under 47.5 at 3.65

I always enjoy the 1st try scorer markets and I am looking for the magician that is Will Jordan to cross 1st for the All Blacks.

Bet: 1st New Zealand Try Score Will Jordan at 8.50
