The Highlanders have struggled to get on a run of solid form this season and sit in 9th on the log, level on points with the Blues. They have played 9 games, winning 3 and losing 6.
They met with the Chiefs last weekend where they hung for the first half but let things slip thereafter, losing the game 46-10 in the end.
The Crusaders have fallen back into 2nd on the table after round 10, although they are level on points with the Chiefs, whose points difference is better.
They have been performing well during their 2025 campaign, winning 7 of their 9 matches, with 2 losses. The last time they played was against the Blues last weekend where they clinched a narrow 25-22 home win.

The Crusaders hold the advantage in recent years between these sides, winning 3 of their last 5 games, while the Highlanders have won 2. The last time the met was in May 2024 when the Highlanders edged a narrow 32-29 home victory.

The Crusaders should win this but I think it will be a tight game. I am torn between the Highlanders on the handicap and the Crusaders by 1-12 points and will settle on the former.

The Brumbies are sitting comfortably in 3rd on the log after winning 6 and losing 3 of their games. They are 4 points behind the Crusaders in 2nd and possess a points difference of +43.
They put up a dominant display against Moana Pasifika a week ago to beat them 24-0 on the road.
The Hurricanes have not had the season that they would’ve hoped for, however they are slowly building up form and they are in 7th overall with 3 wins, 1 draw and 5 losses.
They went head-to-head with Western Force on Saturday the 19th of April and after a tense game the scoreboard showed a 17-all draw in in Perth.
