The Royals then had a shaky start with the bat in hand, but they were able to get back in the game with some solid partnerships which helped them cruise to a 5 wicket win with 15 balls remaining.
Top batsman went to Rubin Hermann who scored a quick 44 off 22 deliveries.
PRETORIA CAPITALS
The Pretoria Capitals are battling to get going and they are currently in 5th overall after 6 matches. So far only one match has gone their way.
They met with the Sunrisers Eastern Cape on Wednesday in a match played on the road. The game begun with the Capitals winning the toss and choosing to field first.
They put the Sunrisers under immense pressure in the first half of the match leaving them on 53-5 after roughly 10 overs. However they then let things slip and in the end their opponents reached a total of 149/7. Top bowler on the day was Eathan Bosch who took 3 wickets for 33 runs in 4 overs.
The Capitals went on to put up a shocking performance at the crease, losing frequent wickets and being bowled out for a dismal total of 97 runs, which led to a 52-run defeat.
The top batsman was Keagan Lion-Cachet who picked up 28 runs from 27 balls.

I backed him last time around and after looking good early on he lost his wicket just when it seemed he was going to build another big total. He is one of the few players who really look comfortable on the Paarl wicket and I am going to give him another chance.
