These sides are in Group K where Uganda top the log with 10 points ahead of South Africa on 8. Both teams are undefeated and look likely to progress to the finals.
Uganda opened their campaign with a 2-2 away draw in South Africa, but since then they have won three in a row, beating Congo and South Sudan at home before beating South Sudan 2-1 on the road last time out. They were heavy favourites for that game at 7/10, but required an own goal from South Sudan in the 66th minute to get the maximum points.
Goals have flowed in the four South African games and after their opening 2-2 draw at home to Uganda they beat South Sudan 3-2 on the road, Congo 5-0 at home and then drew 1-1 with Congo away last time out after opening the scoring in the 33rd minute only for Congo to equalise in injury time in the first half.

VERDICT
The bookies are struggling to separate these sides and I have to agree that this should be a tight encounter. South Africa were 11/20 favourites when they hosted Uganda, but they failed to get the job done and I think the draw is once again an option here, this is a result that both sides would probably be happy with.

Given both teams have been in prolific scoring form, I also like both teams to score, yes, at 12/10, but given I have already backed the draw I am going to bet that the correct score finishes 1-1.
