PRETORIA CAPITALS
The Pretoria Capitals currently sit 4th on the log after losing 2 and winning 4 of their 7 matches with their most recent game against the Joburg Super Kings ending with no result due to excessive amounts of rain.
The match did however start with the Pretoria Capitals winning the toss and choosing to field first. The Capitals picked up 2 wickets in the 1st 4 overs but. Just 2 balls later rain stopped play and the game was unable to restart, with the Super Kings reaching a total of 44/2. Top bowler was Eathan Bosch who took 2 wickets for 15 runs in his 2.4 overs.
HEAD-TO-HEAD
These sides met in the 10th game of the season at Centurion Park, where the Capitals won the toss and chose to bat first, scoring 204/9. The Super Giants came close to chasing down the total but they fell short in the end, scoring 187/7 and losing the match by 17 runs.
