Edinburg are currently 8th on the log with 3 wins and a loss in their opening 4 matches. They saw off a brave Connacht side 25-22 at home last week and the other home game this season was a 1 point victory over the Lions.
The Bulls are currently top of the table and they have also won 3 and lost 1 of their opening 4 matches. After losing the first match of their road trip by 7 points to Ulster, the Bulls came out and beat Zebre by 25 points and they beat Cardiff 18-12 in Wales last week in a scrappy affair.
Handicap: Edinburgh -2.5
Win or lose, the Bull’s road trip has been a success, but I fancy they will want to take a 3rd consecutive victory and I think they are capable of beating Edinburgh on their home turf.

ULSTER v LIONS – Click here to bet
Ulster currently sit 4th on the log with 3 victories and 1 defeat in their opening 4 games. They were at home to Munster last week where they were given a tough match before winning 21-14 and in their other home game this season they beat the Bulls 26-19.
The Lions are currently 12th on the log and got their first win of the season last week when they edged the Scarlets 24-23 in Wales. In the three preceding weeks they lost by 5 points to Benetton on the road, 1 point to Edinburgh, and in their opening game they went down 33-35 to the Stormers in a high-scoring affair.
Handicap: Ulster -14.5
Bookmakers are expecting Ulster to be too strong for the Lions and I think there is a danger that the South African side could run out of steam. I do expect them to take some confidence into this match though and I am going to go for the half-time / full-time play, Lions to lead at the break and Ulster to win.

There were wild celebrations in Italy last week as Zebre finally got their first victory in over a season. They currently sit 11th on the log having beaten the Sharks 12-10 in a scrappy low-scoring affair. The week before that they were beaten by 25 points at home to the Bulls. Their other home match came in Week 1 where they lost 40-36 to Ulster.
Cardiff are currently 13th on the log with 1 win in their opening 4 games. They fought hard against the Bulls last week going down by 6 points in a low-scoring match and on the road this season they lost by 6 points to the Scarlets and beat the Dragons 16-9 in another low-scoring affair. They did lose their opening match at home 22-23 to Benetton, a game where they started narrow favourites.
Handicap: Zebre +4.5
I think Zebre will have taken plenty out of that victory last week and they certainly look well capable of making it two wins in a row.
