India secured a victory in the second game of the series, clinching the series win with one game remaining. In this article, we look at the betting for the upcoming final ODI, scheduled for September 26th at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium.
India won the 1st ODI by 5 wickets with 8 balls to spare and they had an easier win in the 2nd ODI getting up by 99 runs in a rain shortened match.
2nd ODI
In the 2nd ODI Australia won the toss and decided to bowl.
After losing an early wicket, India bounced back with Shreyas and Gill forming a partnership of 200 runs off 165 balls, with both scoring centuries. Solid performances from Rahul and Yadav, who both reached half-centuries, helped India post a total of 399 runs in their allocated 50 overs. Cameron Green was the only Australian to claim more than one wicket, with only five wickets falling during the innings.
India continued to dominate, striking twice in the second over and putting Australia on the back foot. Following a rain delay, a revised target of 317 runs in 33 overs was calculated using the Duckworth-Lewis System. However, Australia was bowled out in the 28th over, with significant contributions from Ashwin and Jadeja, both of whom took three wickets for the Indian side.

India 5/8
Australia 5/4
With India securing victories in the first two games of the series, they are the favourites heading into the third and final game.
Suggested Bet: Top Batsmen Shubman Gill at 32/10
Gill’s recent performances have been outstanding, and he continues to display unwavering consistency and I see no reason to stop following him.
Suggested Bet: India to win at 5/8
With no signs of weakness in the first two ODIs, I am backing them to comfortably finish the series with a 3-0 tally.
