Cheetahs v Blue Bulls – Click here to bet
The Cheetahs finished top of the log with 9 wins, a draw and 4 defeats in their 14 regular season matches. Last week they travelled to Pretoria to play the Bulls, a game where they started underdogs, but managed to recover from a slow start for a 31-27 victory. With the Sharks losing in Cape Town later that day it was enough to ensure they finished top spot on the table.
The Bulls finished 4th on the log claiming 2 crucial bonus points in defeat to the Cheetahs last week. They won 7 and lost 7 of their 14 matches this season.
These sides also met in Bloemfontein earlier in the season with the Cheetahs winning 32-7 and the Cheetahs have won their last 4 Currie Cup fixtures against the Bulls.
Handicap: Cheetahs +3.5
The Bulls have some excellent playing resources to pick from, but they really haven’t fired this season and I am a bit surprised we are getting the Cheetahs as underdogs on home turf especially given they won away against the same team last week.
I think the Cheetahs can win this game, but I am going to take the conservative play and go for the Handicap.
Suggested Bet: Handicap, Cheetahs +3.5 at 17/20

Sharks v Pumas – Click here to bet
The Sharks were 2nd on the log after blowing a chance to finish top when they went down 44-5 away to Western Province last week.
They ended the season with 10 wins and 4 defeats and aside from that Western Province loss had been in excellent form. Their last home game was a come from behind 29-21 victory over the Lions.
The Pumas have been in something of a freefall when they were away to the Griquas last week, but they got the victory they needed to push them in to the last 4 winning 27-17. Overall this season the Pumas won 8 and lost 6 and they finished with the best points difference of all the teams at +144.
Handicap: Sharks -8.5
The Pumas and the Sharks have met twice this season with the Sharks winning 24-22 in Nelspruit and also edging the Pumas 19-12 in Durban. This Pumas side will fight hard, but I am expecting the Sharks to be too strong at home and I am backing them to win by 9 points or more.
Suggested Bet: Handicap, Sharks -8.5 at 17/20
