There are 4 DSTV Premiership matches taking place this weekend and we suggest a bet in each of them.
Mamelodi Sundowns have wrapped up the defence of their title, but World Sports Betting are offering odds on which team will finish second. Orlando Pirates are currently 9/20, SuperSport 15/10 and you get 50/1 Kaizer Chiefs.

SATURDAY
Royal AM v Cape Town City – Click here to bet
Royal AM are currently 9th on the table and they are coming off a 1-1 away draw against TS Galaxy. Their last home game was a 3-1 victory over Stellenbosch.
Cape Town City are 5th on the table, but without a win in their last 4 matches. They lost 2-1 away to Pirates last time out and that broke a run of 3 successive draws.
Both teams have scored in 7 of the last 8 Royal AM games and in 4 of the last 5 Cape Town City games so in the head-to-head form it shows both teams have scored in the last 3 matches and the 19/20 that both teams make the score sheet appeals as some value.
Suggested Bet: Both teams to score, YES, at 19/20
Stellenbosch v Golden Arrows – Click here to bet
Stellenbosch are currently 7th on the log and beat Swallows 3-0 at home last time out. They have won 3 and drawn 1 of their last 4 home games.
Golden Arrows are 8th on the log, level on points with Stellenbosch, but behind on goal difference. They are unbeaten in their last 4 with 2 wins and 2 draws and last time out got a 1-1 draw at home to Sundowns. Their last away game was a 1-0 victory over Richards Bay.
These sides played to a 1-1 draw at Arrows earlier this season.
Stellenbosch matches have been high scoring by PSL standards and 70% of their last 10 fixtures have delivered profits for over 2.5 goal backers. Arrows recent fixtures have been low scoring though with a total of only 4 goals in their last 4 games.
This is going to be a close match and we will leave the goal markets alone and go for the draw.
Suggested Bet: The draw at 21/10
AmaZulu v Sekhukhune – Click here to bet
AmaZulu are 12th on the log and not quite clear of relegation danger they have only taken 1 point from the last 12 they have played for and are coming off a 2-1 away defeat to SuperSport.
Sekhukhune are 6th on the log and unbeaten in their last 4 starts. Their last two games have been home wins over Chiefs and Maritzburg.
7 of the last 10 AmaZulu matches have seen both teams find the back of the net while Sekhukhune have the lowest strike rate for over 2.5 goal backers in their away games with only 2 of their 13 matches reaching the 3 goal mark.
The goalless draw has arrived in the last 2 matches between these sides and I think we could make it 3 in a row.
Suggested Bet: Correct score, 0-0 at 4/1

SUNDAY
TS Galaxy v Orlando Pirates – Click here to bet
TS Galaxy are 11th on the log and have taken just 1 point from their last 9 they have played for. That came at home last time out against Royal Am where the score finished 1-1.
Orlando Pirates are the in form side of the PSL at the moment and they have won their last 5 matches including beating Cape Town City 2-1 at home last time out. Their last 2 away games were 2-0 victories over Chippa United and Richards Bay.
Pirates beat Galaxy 2-0 at home earlier in the season, but Galaxy did win this fixture 1-0 last season.
Pirates 8/13 for the win is a bit short for me to back, but I do fancy them for the 3 points, I am going to add a bet to this preview when more markets are available on this game.
Update: 29 April 11h25 – the betting has changed and there is now 11/10 Pirates on offer – that is good enough for me
Suggested Bet: Pirates win at 11/10
