Crystal Palace form
Crystal Palace are currently 14th on the log and on 37 points are close to guaranteed to be in the English Premier League next season. Their recent form is not great though and they have lost 1-0 on the road to Newcastle and 2-1 at Leicester. Prior to that they had gone 5 games without defeat.
Their last home game was an impressive 3-0 victory against Arsenal. Overall at home this season Palace have played 16 times winning 5, drawing 7 and losing 4 and they are undefeated in their last 3 home matches.
Leeds are 16th on the table on 33 points just 4 clear of the relegation zone. They have been in impressive form of late and last time out hammered Watford 3-0 on the road for their 3rd win in their last 4 starts with the other game been a 1-1 home draw against Southampton.
Leeds have won their last 2 away games scoring 3 goals on each occasion and overall they have only won 4 of 16 matches drawing 4 and losing 8 on the road.
Taking a closer look at the goal stats of the teams, Crystal Palace home matches have averaged 2.6 goals each and of the 16 games, 9 would have delivered you a profit had you backed over 2.5 goals and 5 of the 16 games breached the 3.5 goal mark.
Leeds away games are the highest scoring in the Division with an average of 3.6 goals each and 11 of the 16 games have reached the 3 goal mark while 7 of the 16 have gone to 4 goals or more. 4 of the last 5 Leeds away matches have resulted in profits for overs backers.
Head to Head
Leeds beat Crystal Palace 1-0 at home earlier in the season and looking at last season’s result it was the home team that won on each occasion with Palace winning this fixture comfortably 4-1.

Crystal Palace 11/10
Suggested bet: The draw at 26/10
Leeds are a team in form and are still desperate for points and that desperation is what I think might give them enough of an edge to grab a point at Palace. Although if you enjoy backing the bigger prices a couple of options I have been looking at, on this match is a 2-2 draw at 11/1 and given I am expecting goals, over 3.5 goals at 21/10 appeals as decent value.
