There is one midweek PSL match and that takes place on Tuesday with AmaZulu hosting TS Galaxy.
AmaZulu currently sit 7th on the table with 5 wins and 12 draws in their 20 starts. Their last game was back in 2021 when they lost 2-1 to Pirates on the road and they have yet to taste defeat at home this season with 7 draws and 3 victories in their 10 starts.
Digging a bit deeper into AmaZulu goal stats at home and their home games have averaged just 1.2 goals each and had you been backing over 2.5 goals in each of their home games you would be in the poor house as only 1 of the 10 matches has reached the 3 goal mark.
TS Galaxy are hovering just above the relegation zone in 14th spot. They have won 4 and drawn 4 of their 18 matches this season and were last in action over the weekend when they stunned the Swallows winning 1-0 on the road. That broke a run of 3 matches without a victory in the League.
Galaxy’s away form has been poor with just 1 win and 1 draw in their 9 matches and of course that win did come a few days ago. Galaxy’s away matches have been amongst the highest scoring in the Division averaging 2.6 goals each, but their last 3 away games have all had 2 goals or less in them and overall under 2.5 goals would have arrived in 5 of their 9 matches.
AmaZulu beat Galaxy 1-0 in the reverse fixture on the road and last season it was the home team that won each match with AmaZulu winning 2-1 at home and Galaxy 1-0 at home.

TS Galaxy 7/2
Suggested Bet: Over 2.5 goals at 26/10
I don’t often back something purely on price, but despite the low scoring nature of the PSL and AmaZulu home matches, some Galaxy games have had goals in them and we only have to go back to last year’s fixture which AmaZulu won 2-1 to see that over 2.5 goals, while an underdog is surely not a 26/10 shot?
This is going to be my interest on this game and as far as the Match Result goes I am leaning towards AmaZulu to win at 21/20 although it is hard to argue that the draw offers some value at just shy of 2/1.
To go for a Correct Score option here I would look for a repeat of last year’s 2-1 to AmaZulu at a price of 11/1.
